Únor 2008
Dne 31.1.2008 proběhlo kolaudační místní šetření na stavbě projektu. Projekt byl zkolaudován. Kolaudace nabyla právní moci.

Prosinec 2007
Dokončují se podlahy, příčky. Definitivní povrchové úpravy. Poslední dvě podlaží - dodání vstupních dveří do bytů. Jižní fasáda téměř dokončena. Probíhají dokončovací práce na fasádách východní, severní a západní Střešní pláště jsou hotovy. Na terasách probíhá dokončení klempířských prací. Garáže dokončeny. Probíhají terénní úpravy okolo domu.
Září 2007
Provádí se fasádní plášť, uvnitř objektu probíhají montáže dělících příček, montáže rozvodů sanitární techniky, elektro jak silnoproud, tak slaboproud, vzduchotechnika. Probíhají přípravy pro zahájení montáže podlah. Automobilový výtah se připravuje ke zprovoznění.
Červenec 2007
Byla ukončena hrubá výstavba. V současné době probíhají montáže dělících konstrukcí vč. dalších řemesel a fasády.
Červen 2007
27.6.2007 byl otevřen vzorový byt při slavnostní party L'Ocelot žije.
Byly zahájeny práce na vzorovém bytu, který bude otevřen 27.6.2007 na slavnostní akci L'Ocelot žije.

Práce na železobetonové konstrukci pokračují, v pondělí 7.5.2007 byla zabetonována stropní deska nad 5.NP (4. patro).

Byly provedeny železobetonové konstrukce ve 3.NP, 4.NP a stěny v 5.NP.
Březen 2007
Probíhá výstavba 3. nadzemního podlaží. Z bytů orientovaných na sever se otevírá překrásný výhled do parku Rokytka a na prosecké kopce.

V současné době probíhají betonáže svislých nosných
konstrukcí (obvodové stěny, sloupy) v 1.PP.

Byla dokončena základová deska a v současnosti probíhá
betonáž obvodových stěn.
Prosinec 2006
Bylo dokončeno zajištění stavební jámy a založení na pilotáchch vč.
podkladních betonů. Následuje betonáž základové desky a ostatních
monolitických konstrukcí.

Provádí se fáze zajištění stavební jámy a založení objektu na pilotách. Stavební
jáma je dotěžena na první kotevní úroveň, dokončují se kotvy pažení. Piloty
objektu, které se prováděly z úrovně terénu jsou hotové.

On 31st January the acceptance examination at the construction site was done.
The building has been inspected and a final building approval has been
issued, it already became effective.

Partition walls and floors are being finished along with final surface fittings. Last 2 floors – flat entrance doors being mounted.vSouthern facade almost finished. Final works on the eastern, northern and western facade are being done. Whitesmith works on the terraces are finishing. Garages finished. Terrain adjustments around the building are being done.
September 2007
The facade sheating is being done, the separating walls inside the building are being mounted, the pipings for sanitary appliances, power distribution (both weak and heavy current) and air conditioning distrubution are being installed. Preparations for flooring assembly are being done. The car lift is being prepared for putting into service.
July 2007
The stage of fabric was finished. The dividing walls are currently being assembled as well with the facade and other crafts.
June 2007
The showflat was opened on the L’Ocelot Lives party on 27.6.2007.
The works on the showflat have begun and the opening session L’Ocelot Lives will be on 27. 6. 2007.

The construction works continue, on Monday 2007-05-7 the ceiling deck of the 4th floor was concreted.
April 2007
The reinforced concrete constructions in 3rd and 4th floor were done as well with the walls in the 5th floor.

The third floor is being constructed and a beautiful view of the Rokytka park and the hills of Prosek is opening from the north-facing flats.

The vertical supporting structures (enclosure walls, columns) of the
1st basement are being concreted.

The sole plate has been finished and now the enclosure walls are being
concreted.

Seizuring of the land coffer dam has been finished incl. the subconcrete.

The stage of seizuring the land coffer dam and construction of foundation of the
building is being done. Land coffer dam is mined to the first anchorage level,
the wall clamps are being finished. Pylons of the building that were done from
the terrain level are finished.
